3 Methods of Ordering
Online order
Secure Server Order Our online order form uses industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption technology for your security. We prefer you use our online ordering system to place your order. This helps the processing of your purchases in the most expedient manner. Please carefully fill in all fields on your order. Orders with incomplete order forms will not be processed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards as payment for your online purchases. Your order will be processed with our Secure Server to protect your credit card information. If you do not see a locked padlock in the bottom right hand corner do not input your credit card number. You are not on a secure page.

Phone Order
Some people feel uncomfortable providing their credit card information online. If you would like to order by phone please call Toll Free 1-877-369-1222 between 8 a.m. & 11 p.m. EST business hours. Please use this same number or email for customer service issues. You can also FAX your order to 219-465-5258 .
Mail in Orders
If you would like to order by mail please print and include a copy of our order form with your order. Checks will be accepted but the order will be held while the check clears (this may take up to 10 business days).
